1 Information We Process
When you use automation features, the input you provide (such as text prompts or task settings) is transmitted to the relevant AI and third-party services to generate content or perform the actions you request. We do not sell this content, and we do not retain it on our own servers after your automation has been processed.
Separately, our analytics, crash-reporting, and advertising providers automatically collect technical information as described in the following sections.
2 Analytics Firebase Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used so we can improve features and performance. This service may automatically collect:
- App usage and interaction events (screens viewed, features used, session duration)
- Device and system information (device model, operating system version, language, region)
- Pseudonymous identifiers such as an app-instance ID and a mobile advertising identifier
- Approximate, non-precise location derived from your IP address
This data is used in aggregate for analytics and is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy & Security policies.
3 Crash Reporting Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and stability issues. When the app encounters an error, Crashlytics may automatically collect:
- Crash logs, stack traces, and the state of the app at the time of the crash
- Device state information (device model, OS version, available memory, and similar diagnostics)
- A pseudonymous installation identifier used to group related crash reports
This information helps us improve reliability and is processed under Google's privacy terms.
4 Advertising LevelPlay
Vanced displays advertisements through LevelPlay (Unity's ad mediation platform, formerly ironSource) and its integrated advertising partners. To serve ads and, where permitted, measure and personalize them, these partners may collect:
- Your mobile advertising identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID / GAID or Apple IDFA)
- Device and network information (device model, OS version, IP address, connection type)
- Ad interaction data (ads shown, clicks, and similar engagement metrics)

5 Third-Party Platforms
If you use automation involving third-party platforms (for example, social media or email services), your interactions are subject to those platforms' own privacy policies and terms. Vanced does not store or share your credentials, and any content you send through those services is handled by them, not by us.
6 Your Choices & Controls
- Advertising identifier: You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time from your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Personalized ads: You may opt out of ad personalization through your device's advertising settings.
- Analytics: Where offered, you can limit analytics collection through the in-app settings or your device's privacy controls.
7 Data Retention
Automation input is processed to fulfill your request and is not retained on our servers afterward. Data collected by Firebase and LevelPlay is retained according to those providers' own retention schedules and is used for the purposes described above.
8 Children's Privacy
Vanced is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can address it.
9 Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
10 Security
We use industry-standard measures, including secure transmission (encryption in transit), to protect information exchanged with our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
11 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
